REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 10 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been processed, shipped, or is out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product upon delivery.
H.D Enterprises does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like food products, spices, or other consumables. However, refunds or replacements may be issued if the user establishes that the quality of the delivered product is not satisfactory.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our customer service team within 10 days of receipt. The request will be entertained once the seller/merchant has verified and approved the issue.
If you believe the product received is not as described on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must bring it to the attention of our customer service team within 10 days of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, an appropriate resolution will be provided.
For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, customers are encouraged to contact the manufacturer directly for issues related to defects or malfunctions.

Any refunds approved by H.D Enterprises will be processed within 10 days. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Refunds may take additional time depending on bank processing times and payment gateway policies.
