RETURN POLICY

We offer refunds or exchanges within the first 10 days from the date of your purchase. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.
To be eligible for a return or an exchange:
(i) The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
(ii) The item must have its original packaging intact.
(iii) Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.
(iv) Only items found defective or damaged upon delivery are eligible for replacement upon exchange request.
Certain categories of products may be exempted from returns or refunds. Such categories will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.
For accepted return or exchange requests, once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the receipt of the item. If the item passes our quality check, the return or exchange will be processed as per our policies.
